Phone Interview with in house recruiter. She had presented me with background on two very different positions - one global and the other based in NYC. Based on my background neither was a good fit. We talked for about 30 minutes about my experience and then I asked her some challenging questions about the positions, neither of which were a good fit. She was going through the motions.
