Extremely unprofessional. The HR and other stakeholders have no idea about hiring and how much salary is to be offered. They make you submit assignments and take your documents but do not share the offer letter. They make you wait and send a rejection email stating a problem you didn't even know existed. The HR team has no idea about hiring and are very unprofessional. I lost two offers because they wasted my time in negotiation.
