I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at R Systems (Noida) in Jan 2012

Interview

Submitted my CV through my friend. got a call within a week. First round was telephonic technical discussion for 30 mins. Second round was also technical discussion at Noida office. Question difficulty level was average. It for 1 hour long. The last round was in-person HR discussion and then got my offer.

Questions depend on client requirement but some general questions are: 1. What is assembly? 2. Design patterns 3. design a Scalabile application? 3. AJAX, JQuery? 4. SQL Script to Delete duplicate records? 5. Cluster vs non-cluster index? 6. Unique key vs primary key? etc.
