R1 RCM Director, Customer Success interview questions

Terrible communication from HR. Went through 6 total interviews (phone screen, hiring manager, and 4 1:1 with team members). Team was nice and interviews were conversational but was left ghosted for 2 months before silently being moved to “no longer under consideration” in workday. First, you shouldn’t need 6 interviews to make a decision and second, if you make someone do 6 interviews have the courtesy to respond with feedback when they ask.
