Really good interview, was made felt at ease more of a chat really than straight up questions. Interview was around one hour and thirty minutes long. Asked the normal questions tell me a bit about yourself, why should we hire you etc etc.. some mechanic questions like what sensor is this, what brake disc is binding, you were shown a live data report why is the car not starting.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RAC (Bristol, England)
Interview
It was great, I had an initial interview with HR, then the hiring manager, and then someone else on the team. The questions asked were realistic. Lovely people and lovely company.

Question 1
Please describe a time you had to quickly shift gears due to a significant change in timing.
I applied online. I interviewed at RAC in Jul 2024
Interview
It was very hard to get a hold of the HR. I got rejected due to my current location (it said so in the rejection email) and when I replied to the HR through email AND LinkedIn, where I explained that I am willing to relocate to Bristol and that I don't require any relocation assistance, I was simply ghosted. If they are going to reject based on the current location of the applicant, they should at least verify if the person is willing to relocate etc. Definitely not worth trying to get a hold of anyone since all my efforts fell on deaf ears.
