Interview
About 2 weeks after applying online I received an email to have an initial phone call with HR. I ended up speaking to the Lead Developer and had a great conversation about the team and position. I was really excited by the opportunity and at the end of the call was told that HR would touch base with me within a few days for next steps.
It's been 2 weeks since the call and although I reached out I haven't gotten any news back. I'd prefer to at least be told that I wasn't being considered.
First round interviews are still ongoing for this position and no final candidates have been chosen at this time.
