RAINN uses hirevue for their first interview/ screening. Pretty low pressure and they give you unlimited time to prepare for the question in either audio or written response. I thought it was pretty helpful to understand the role a bit more based on the questions asked. Next and last is a panel interview with managers. Speaking from experience as a woman of color and LGBTQIA+: I can say that this is the MOST comfortable I have ever felt in an interview process and received a quick response on if I didn't get the role or not. I'll be honest, I've applied twice and I didn't get the role the first time. When I reached out the first time the recruiters were happy to give me feedback on how to improve and guess what. I came back and got the job.
