I applied online. I interviewed at RBC Bearings (Azusa, CA) in Jun 2019
Interview
I was schedule for a phone interview at RBC Bearing. Since I had never had a phone interview before, I did not know what to expect. To prepare, I reviewed the mission of the company, notable accomplishments, and anything else I believe could come up. However, the interview was brief and more of a psychological test. The interviewer was strict so my more relaxed response did not fit the interviewers expectations. I did not get a call back.
