Standard interview process with scenario questions. They ask you about your past experiences dealing with clients and your confidence in writing letters and analyzing data. they want to know if you are able to communicate clearly. this is the phone screen. If you pass that then you have to take a test that looks at your English and math skills. It also tests reasoning.
