Interview
Basic HR over the phone interview review of resume and basic behavioural questions. This was followed by an in person interview with the Hiring Manager, peers from within the group and finally with the VP. Questions asked were in situational in nature. Following the interviews they contacted my references before making an offer.

How will you handle a situation when your idea is rejected or not supported by the team?
Communication after the final interview could be improved. Despite following up, I did not receive any updates regarding the status of my application for several weeks. Providing candidates with timely updates, even when decisions are still pending, would create a better candidate experience.
The first visual interview is through WebEx, and has two rounds, the first round is general background and the next round mixed with technical questions. I have not get the second round so I don't know much about that.
