      Innovation Interview

      Nov 15, 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Toronto, ON
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RBC (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2016

      Interview

I was contacted by my future manager via LinkedIn for coffee. She told me to apply to an opening that would be available in a few months, and that she would be in contact with next steps. A few weeks later I was contacted by a recruiter who scheduled my interview. Interview happened at the RBC office on Bay St. in a closed interview room. It took around an hour. I was interviewed by the manager who initially reached out to me, and two former interns (who were now full-times). Questions are standard; they read off a form of pre-selected questions.
