I applied online was called by the recruiter and then had an interview with two senior directors. I was told I was going to receive an update but never hear back and had to review the RBC career portal to find out i didn't make it to the next round. The portal does not send email updates and it is tricky to find the application status. I found it uncourteous with people's time and investment on the process to not provide updates nor feedback on the process.
