Interview
Phone call with analyst, asked about behvorial questions mostly, as well as asking about what type of leader and how you work. Followed by a couple technical questions that were fairly basic
Initial telephone interview then invited to assessment centre. The assesment centre included two interviews with VPs. Neither interview was very technical. There was no group exercise. All interviewers were very friendly.
After applying online and completing the online tests, a week after i was invited to a telephone interview with an analyst in the global markets division. The interview lasted around 30 minutes.

Telephone interview --> Assessment Centre. Interviews were good, friendly assessors throughout. Brilliant culture. Make sure to be on top of market trends and basic technicals for investment banking. AC involved a stock pitch and fit interview
