1. Resume and Cover Letter 2. Online Test. 3. Interview. The recruiting process is standard. The test includes aptitude test and personality test. The interview experience is good.
All questions are common behavioral questions, no difficult questions. Interviewer are friendly, willing to answer my question and around five questions. Also talk about recruiting process. The experience is good.
I submit my resume on RBC website about a month ago and receive interview request after about three weeks. And the hr offered me the interview link and schedule the interview time for me.
