Interview with Hiring Managers (2 Team Leads). The interview was OK. The lady manager is very nice and explained the JD in details. Not giving any difficult questions but I guessed I did not make any good impression so that they can give me the job offer. However, the hiring process at RBC is horrible. I sent many emails thank you and follow up but none of them ever replied nor sent an auto decline or notification. They are just simply ghosted. My on-line status after one year is still under review.
