Interview
I was contacted to do a phone interview with one of the recruiters, the interviewer was extremely nice and put my mind at ease. I then moved onto a WebEx interview with two members of the team for this role. They were also extremely nice and made an effort to get to know the candidate. Although, I was not offered the role, this is one of the best interview processes I've been through.
Initial resume screening by HR.
A short phone or video interview to assess basic fit.
One or two rounds of in-depth interviews with the hiring manager and team members.
A final stage, which may include a case study or skills assessment, depending on the role.

Question 1
They asked me to walk them through my past experience and explain how it relates to the role.
They asked me about a challenging project I handled and how I solved the issues.
The interview process at RBC was extremely fast, easy, and straight-forward. There was a total of three rounds, which spanned across approximately two weeks. Follow-up regarding next steps and feedback from HR was fast and prompt.
