The interview process was very seamless. Emailed by HR to book interview timeslots. Did 30 min with a manager followed by 30 min with a director. Decision within a couple days.

Applied online to position, didn't get offer but recruiter reached out to interview for another financial analyst internship. 30 minute 1 on 1 video interview with director, received offer a week later.

1 HR screening and 1 video interview with the hiring manager. Standard behavior questions + questions centered around the resume. The hiring manager tended to focus on what you had accomplished from your experience so I would suggest practice on giving good relevant examples.
