Interviewers were friendly, asked questions similar to contest math problems that often required knowledge of statistics/combinatorics. Overall a background in math and some preparation is required to do well. Multiple rounds, first round is 30 minute technical portion and 30 minute behavioral portion, next round is at least an hour and is technical.
