For RBC summer tech labs, they make you do a coding assessment, I got one question wrong and they terminated my application? just one question out of three for a whole programming task.
Greater focus on behavioural questions over technical knowledge. You skip the online assessments if you completed the Spring programme. There is a half-hour telephone interview. Still waiting for a response on whether I've progressed to the AC.

online tests, phone interview and then there's an assessment centre, consisting of a group case study, presentation and 2 interviews with senior members of the team. Whole process was quite fast.
