I applies online. after 2 days got an email to do the online assessment test. the next day rcv an email for phone interview. Question was very straight forward, took only 10 minute and after the conversation asked me when I will be available for in person interview. I was late for the in-person interview and the interview lasted for less than 30 minute with the hiring manager. She asked me the usual question. Why Rbc, what do you think will be the biggest challenge you'll face in the said position, what is your biggest accomplishment doest have to be about work and 2 behavioural question. Dealing with difficult customer and tell me a time that you went above and beyond in helping client.
