Interview
Case study presentation, primarily looking at communication skills and depth of thought, Multiple rounds but final round is the case study presentation. There was no HR or Recruiter involved it was just a manager and colleague on the team.
Efficient, structured process. Transparency around the timeline and next steps. Started with HR screening and then two interviews. Interview questions after HR screening were a little bit odd and off putting in selling the role and team.
