Interview
I believe that the application would be stronger if there was an initial employee referral. I was called by HR the first time however I have missed the call. Then 2 months later I applied again and I got a call. It was a simple, there were three parts to it, part 1 would be a behavioural test, then a phone interview with HR, lastly meet with the managers. As long as the answers to the questions are in synch surely it wouldn't be a problem being hired.
