It's just normal phone interview process asking about the personality and company information. They asked me about my reason for applying this job and my current status, as well as my past achievement
The first visual interview is through WebEx, and has two rounds, the first round is general background and the next round mixed with technical questions. I have not get the second round so I don't know much about that.
