The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RBC (Oranjestad) in Aug 2018
Interview
I applied approximately two weeks ago for the above mentioned position in Aruba . It was a nice chat with ms Runy and ms Shahaira . As soon as I entered the room I lost all my nerves and the conversation just flowed easily I did not feel a deep presure from them at all .That gave me alot of confidence to answer any questions without hesitation . Even tho its a 50% chance of getting hired I felt very confident knowing that those two individuals will make the right hiring discision even if its not me . Overall Rbc is a great employer that motivates its employees to achieve higher goals and help them grow as individuas at the same time so now I'm really hoping they hire me but they don't they can count on me applying again the next time I see an opening .However they ended the interview informing me that they wil take two weeks to come up with a descision so I should monitor my email. At this time I still have no answer from them yet so Im gonna put no at did you get an offer .
