Great experience
First a phone interview with the director, then was invited to an onsite interview 1 week later. The onsite interview was with the director as well, and basic probability/finance questions are asked. Then I was asked to join a group interview with the team 2 weeks later. The interview took the whole afternoon, and spoke with around 6,7 people. Again, probability/finance/programming questions are asked. Invited to meet the VP and got an offer 1 week after that.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at RBC (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2015
Interview
The whole process of internal went well, I have completed all levels of interview. Finally, HR informed me they will move on a candidate from internal transfer. Frustrating and do not know if this is happening normally or just an excuse.
