I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RBC (Toronto, ON)
Interview
Interview process was same as any other company.
- Initial call with HR,
- Web portfolio walk-through with UX Manager & other design team members.
- Final call with teams UX lead.
I was told that I would be notified with their final feedback but they never communicated anything after that. I sent a follow-up email but was told that interviewing process is still ongoing and I will be provided with an update soon but they never cared to even reply after that. Very disappointed by their behaviour that after spending hours for the interview process they would do something like this. I hope they don't treat every candidate like this. Would suggest to improve their hiring process, have transparency and have effective communication.
