Somewhat disorganized group interview. Met with 4 people. The questions were not very organized or consistent. Turned out the job was not really available to any one on the outside.

Even for an administrative position, they prefer candidates who have a mindset geared toward contributing to the company’s profitability. You better have ambition to get a license on real estate.
Personality driven interview. Asked questions/lead conversation as if I had the job. Overall felt unprofessional. Don't need to prep much just need to be able to hold a decent conversation.
