Tell me about your self; Last job experience, and your interests. What is your goal for the next five years? Can you tell me about a difficult situation and how you overcame it?
Even for an administrative position, they prefer candidates who have a mindset geared toward contributing to the company’s profitability. You better have ambition to get a license on real estate.
Personality driven interview. Asked questions/lead conversation as if I had the job. Overall felt unprofessional. Don't need to prep much just need to be able to hold a decent conversation.

Es begann mit einem Persönlichkeitstest, danach eine lange Vorstellung der Struktur von Remax, Fragerunde, Begehung der Räumlichkeiten und Vorstellung der Mitarbeiter. Zwei Stunden dort verbracht nur um ein Probearbeiten auszumachen.
