I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at RF-SMART (Jacksonville, FL)
Interview
Communication was extremely poor throughout the interview process and I had to follow up multiple times for them to tell me they selected someone else. I asked for feedback on what I could've done better and got no response. The lack of professionalism was very disappointing.
Interview process involves preliminary screenings, a meet and greet, a short technical interview, and then several team interviews, including a more thorough technical interview. After the meet and greet, the rest of the interview process is planned with the candidate and takes place over the course of a week or two. The company thoroughly vets its candidates which I believe is a good thing. I also found it to be a very reciprocal process where I felt able to freely ask questions and interview the company myself.
