Applied online and heard back within a week. Started with a phone interview, followed by a one on one teams interview with the team lead. After that a panel interview with team lead, manager, and company partner.
Overall great experience with the team at RFA, Very friendly guys and seemed like they’d be great to work with. Offer was declined over low salary and benefits.

Was called after being referred. They called me and talked for a while. They later hired me after a few weeks of waiting. Process was quick. Not much else to add
