RHA Health Services interview questions

I was interviewed by 3 different people all sitting at a table. The interview went okay for the most part, but it was what happened after the interview that made me feel insulted. I'm a college graduate who applied for a job in HR. After the interview, one of the ladies I interviewed with asked me to fill out an "interest form." It was a form asking me about my interest in another position, one that paid around $8-$9 an hour and not the job I applied for! They already had their minds made up that I wasn't going to get the job I had just interviewed for. I filled out the form. It asked if that salary was acceptable and I said No. Then I never heard from them. I can handle rejection, but this was pretty low.

I was already working at RHA and was approached to apply for the job. I did not have a formal interview as my skills where already know by the supervisor.
