Fill out application, speak with regional manager and they ask the normal questions and not those annoying questions like "sale me something in this room" or "give me 5 adjectives that describes yourself". Then if they like you they set up another interview with the regionals supervisors.
They also asked about the eviction process and told me to explain the steps that needed to happen if an eviction was needing to be filed.

I was able to express who I was and what I was capable of as a manager. All expectations of RHP were explained to me in detail. Any questions I had were answered.
