I really enjoyed my interview experience with Ivona Smilevska. She was extremely pleasant, welcoming, and created a very comfortable atmosphere throughout the first initial interview. She answered all of my questions clearly and promptl and her down to earth approach made the discussion feel both engaging and authentic. I’d especially like to commend her professionalism and the way she represents the company culture her attitude reflects a supportive and positive environment, which made me even more curious and excited about what it would be like to be part of the team.
