Multiple panel interviews. Best interviewing experience I've had so far in my job search - they actually followed up when all the interviews were done to tell me I didn't get the job (this should be the bare minimum but it seems basically no one does it) and gave some feedback to me. The feedback was pretty detailed and useful, and they let me know that I was the runner-up for the position.
