1st Round: Virtual phone interview with Recruiter to get to know me better and learn more about my background, expectations, strengths/weaknesses, etc..Very friendly, personable, simple process.
2nd Round: complete assessment to get a feel for my computer skills and personality.
3rd Round: Phone interview with hiring manager - very friendly, basic interview questions - situational/personality based.
Job was offered 3 days later - overall about a 3 week process from beginning phase to offer.
