I was contacted by a human resource manager. She discussed the job position and asked my salary requirements. She then invited in me in for an interview. I went in for an interview with the person who would be my direct manager as well as three other managers in the department. Each one was one on one. Then the final interview for the day with with the VP of Claims. He said he would recommend me for the second interview with the President. I cam in a few days later for the interview. It was informal that all the questions were based on my work history,what I knew about the company and why I wanted to work there.
