Interview
This interview process was quick but thorough. I went through four steps after applying online. First was the phone interview, which was a basic 20 minute interview reviewing my qualifications and a few behavioral based questions. After this I was asked to come in for assessments- logic, personality, grammar, and typing. This took about 2 hours and later in the day I was notified that I moved on to the third round. This round consisted of an interview with the same HR person, the HR manager, and the hiring manager. Here they asked more behavioral based questions and about specific projects that I used with Excel. The fourth and final round involved follow up questions with the same HR person and the hiring manager, as well as a quick meet and greet with the CEO. Immediately following they gave me an offer and I gladly accepted!
