Interview
I had a phone interview first, which went smoothly, then was asked to come in for an assessment.
I was emailed a survey that measures how you react to certain challenges... filled that out and brought it and my transcript to the assessment interview. I took the assessment, which was something like 50 questions on stuff like "if PEACE is 80, then JOBS is what?" and patterns and sequences and such. I know I did very well on this, but I guess someone more interesting and qualified was chosen to go on to upper management interviews because I got cut after that.
