I had only one screening interview. The recruiter was very friendly and asked interesting questions to get to know me. Overall, it wasn't a super formal interview, but more like a conversation.

Interview

Several steps, starting with initial screening, a phone screening, followed by two actual interviews. It is really important that you try and get a referral because marketing is a really competitive market to get into but if you can then you will definitely get a foot in the door.
