Interview
Interview process is a bit fragmented. Typically they are looking to hire someone for a specific contract. I had a number interviews for a variety of projects. Some seemed much more put together/organized than others. Level of organization seemed to scale with the size of contract. My experience was far more positive in the large contract interviews than the small ones.

Interview process went smoothly. Great communication by the recruiters and interviewers about process and the company. Interview itself was very fluid, with relaxed conversation style rather than formal questioning. They met me where I was at.
