Phone screening with HR. Three interviews with an associate, a manager, and a director. Each person I interviewed with focused on difference aspects (personality, technical, professional experience). This interview also required a ~2 hour accounting diagnostic test with a focus on journal entries, debits and credits, as well as basic financial reporting. Total interview process was about 4 hours.
