The process was very simple and laid back...all interviews were conversational and tried to gauge your interests. I had an initial on-campus interview and then a follow up on-site interview that was very pleasant.

Applied through my college and was selected for an on campus first round interview. Had very friendly interviewers and genuinely enjoyed the experience. They asked pretty normal behavioral questions and I thought the interview went well, but not good enough to warrant progress to the second round. Overall a positive experience and RSM seems like it would be a nice company to work for.
