Interview
Well structured and interesting process to the assessment centre. Started off with group activity for about 10 mins. Then went onto do our individual tasks (first one being a case study one and the other being pre task). Lastly, a face to face interview which was very relaxed.

Interview
The interview process consisted of completing a small group of responses where you had to rate each response based on which you were more likely to do. You also had to complete a number of pre-recorded answers to questions that were very different to ones that have been seen in other companies interviews

Question 1
Tell us about how you feel about using decision intelligence in this role. How do you feel it could enhance the work you do in this role?
Assessments followed by an invite to complete a recorded video interview (must be completed within 7 days of receiving the link). Prompted by display, time allocated to answer; competency based. 6 questions, 2 minute window to answer.
4 stages. Online questions, video interview, AC and partner interview.
Online questions included a numerical reasoning type test. In addition to this you had to fill in a situational judgement test. Both of these were not timed.
