I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at RSM
Interview
It felt like there was no real structure to the process. They didn't quite seem to know what post to interview me for. The first interview seemed to be for one post, while the partner interview was for something slightly different. I got the impression that they didn't know what they wanted or what skills they needed - it seemed more like window shopping, just seeing what was out there. That's nice for them but it really is a waste of time for candidates, especially given that they are too disorganised to provide any kind of interview feedback. The process had a typical number of stages for this level of position, but it took far longer than you would expect. I would be reluctant to apply again.
