Looong and slooow process. Was contacted via phone by an internal recruiter after applying online. Went through an initial screening call and was moved to next steps...3 weeks following the initial contact. There was another hiccup which added another week to scheduling a phone interview with the hiring manager, which was scheduled a week+ later. The call with the hiring manager went very well...waited another two weeks...and by then had two other offers, so let them know I was going to take one of the other offers and with drew my candidacy. Too bad as I was initially excited about the opportunity and knew I would have been a great match.
