Interview
On-campus interviewed with partner for the first round of interview. In-office interview with two managers. They were basically letting you introduce your background and experiences and ask questions. Had lunch with associates and other interview candidates afterwards.
It was conducted by one of the talent acquisition officer and the whole process took about 30 minutes. The interview was to get to know the candidate and to see if they are the perfect fit for the role

- General qns on why u want to join the firm, prior experience etc, and will share abt culture here as well
- One stage interview
30 minutes interview with specific department intern supervisor, asked the usual questions like what is your career aspirations, why RSM and explained how the internship works. Was quite manageable and expected
