It was a telephonic interview because of COVID-19, but still scary as every interview process. The interview was formal but the interviewor made me feel comfortable. I was interviewed by one person and she was very friendly

The interview was done through zoom. It was a nice and relaxed interview. We Spoke about my background, and why wanting to work at RSM.,etc. Nothing too tricky. Interview lasted just between 30-40mins.
