Process was pretty straightforward. Typical internship interview consisting of a few different rounds and culminating in a very relaxed, conversational interview. Not super technical by any means. Overall the experience was decent, nothing to write home about but also no issues whatsoever.

What does it mean to you to be in a firm focused on the middle market?
It was conducted by one of the talent acquisition officer and the whole process took about 30 minutes. The interview was to get to know the candidate and to see if they are the perfect fit for the role

- General qns on why u want to join the firm, prior experience etc, and will share abt culture here as well
- One stage interview
30 minutes interview with specific department intern supervisor, asked the usual questions like what is your career aspirations, why RSM and explained how the internship works. Was quite manageable and expected
