Interview
Interviewed with two employees in the area - one a partner and the other a senior associate. Questions weren't overly difficult. They just want to get to know you! Great company, only declined because I wanted experience in a different area.
First interview was very laidback and conversation-oriented. It was more for the interviewer to get to know you and your character. Second interview was also very relaxed but consisted more of learning about the role.

The interview process was conducted in a very conversational and casual tone. The interviewers seemed like they were truly just trying to understand the type of person you are and if you would mesh well with the rest of their team. I had two interviews. One was technical and the other was mostly behavioral.
