I was contacted by someone on LinkedIn about the role who was lovely and very helpful. I then had 2 interviews - a chat with the hiring manager and a presentation to two Training Managers. The recruiter was great and gave me feedback at every step of the way and was super helpful throughout. I was originally told it would be two rounds but then was told there was a third round. Despite having really good feedback from the first two interviews they completely ghosted me after the third. It was okay because I ended up with an offer somewhere else but they didn’t even respond when I emailed to say I’d taken another offer. It just seems a bit rude to ghost someone that late in the process. At least send me an auto reject email.
